Pippa Campbell

Pippa Campbell is a Functional Hormone Nutritionist, ND, founder of Pippa Campbell Health and creator of the Pippa Campbell Method, a structured, test-led approach to women’s hormonal and metabolic health.

Her work is rooted in a simple belief: women deserve answers. Not guesswork, symptom masking or being told to “just get on with it”, but a deeper understanding of what is actually driving how they feel.

That belief came from personal experience. After struggling with PMS, exhaustion, stress and IBS herself, Pippa found the conventional solutions rarely addressed the root cause. Instead, they often overlooked the bigger picture. It became the catalyst for the work she does today.

Over the past two decades, Pippa has worked with thousands of women navigating symptoms spanning perimenopause, hormone imbalances, fatigue, metabolic dysfunction and gut issues, using advanced hormone testing, DNA analysis, blood work and functional testing to uncover what is happening beneath the surface.

Her method looks at hormones in context, recognising that symptoms rarely happen in isolation. From oestrogen dominance and low progesterone to thyroid dysfunction, insulin resistance, cortisol dysregulation and sleep disruption, the focus is on connecting the dots rather than chasing individual symptoms.

Alongside clinical practice, Pippa has trained extensively with the Institute for Functional Medicine and A4M in the US, completed Harvard Medical School’s menopause programme, and teaches perimenopause practitioner training for the DUTCH Test to clinicians around the world.

Everything at Pippa Campbell Health, from the clinic and testing protocols to education and the PCH supplement range, is built from this work: practical, personalised and designed to help women understand their bodies better.
