Natalie burrows

Natalie Louise Burrows is a registered Nutritional Therapist (BANT, CNHC), Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and Clinic Director of Integral Wellness, an evidence-based personalised nutrition clinic specialising in cardiometabolic health.

Shaped by both clinical expertise and personal experience, Natalie brings a deeply empathetic approach to her work. With a family predisposition to type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease, and first-hand experience of poor metabolic health earlier in life, she understands how nutrition, sleep, stress and lifestyle intersect to influence long-term risk.

Natalie supports clients navigating cardiometabolic conditions and medications, including GLP-1 therapies, with a focus on sustainable, whole-person strategies. Her work often centres on improving metabolic resilience, reducing reliance on medication where appropriate, and supporting long-term health through evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle interventions.

Her work has been featured in a Times best-selling book, as well as national press, magazines and radio. She is also a vocal advocate for regenerative farming and its role in supporting both human health and planetary wellbeing.

Outside the clinic, Natalie lives what she teaches. A military wife and stepmother, she spends her time hiking the Scottish hills, strength training, wild swimming, and supporting her own cardiometabolic health through simple, nourishing food and time outdoors.
