Marilia Chamon is the founder of Gutfulness Nutrition, a private practice dedicated to helping individuals optimise gut health and overall wellbeing through personalised nutrition and nutrigenomics. As a Clinical Nutritional Therapist, her work focuses on uncovering the root causes of imbalances and dysfunction, translating nutritional science into clear, practical strategies that support long-term health.
She has completed specialist training with Monash University in the clinical application of the Low FODMAP Diet for Irritable Bowel Syndrome and the Dietary Management of Gastrointestinal Symptoms in Endometriosis, is a certified SIBO practitioner, and holds certification in Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice (AFMCP) through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). She is also a Lifecode Gx Nutrigenomics Practitioner Programme graduate.
Through Gutfulness Nutrition, she integrates nutrigenomics, functional medicine principles, and evidence-based nutrition to deliver a personalised, systems-oriented approach to health.
Alongside her clinical work, Marilia contributes expert commentary to leading publications across the UK and the United States and collaborates with health and wellness brands to translate emerging research into engaging educational content.
